If the labour inspector ascertains that the work is not prohibited for a minor and that the working conditions are in accordance with the legal requirements, the labour inspector may issue a consent to employ the minor.

The Committee also recommends that the State party collect disaggregated data on the enjoyment, by children and adults with disabilities, of the rights set out in the Covenant, that the State party use such data to develop laws, programmes and policies to promote equal opportunities for children and adults with disabilities, and that the State party include such information in its next periodic report.

Legislation makes provision for the following aspects of free government assistance for the victims of trafficking in persons: supply of temporary accommodation, including board and lodging; legal assistance including legal aid; medical and psychological assistance, tracing the family of underage victims of trafficking or their placement in a foster family or children’s home and helping victims to find a permanent job.

In 2010, UNHCR focused on implementing the 10-Point Plan of Action on Refugee Protection and Mixed Migration; developing measures for the protection of asylum-seekers at sea; contributing more effectively to international efforts to prevent and combat trafficking in people; promoting global and regional mechanisms to devise protection-sensitive migration policies; responding to the needs of persons in need of international protection, including vulnerable individuals such as unaccompanied/separated minors, in mixed movements; increasing awareness of the phenomenon; and exploring opportunities to increase protection space for refugees and asylum-seekers, for example through regional free movement arrangements and labour migration schemes, and promoting global and regional consultative processes.

(c) To what extent does the national legislation of Member States include specific provisions relating to migrant women, women migrant workers, children of migrants or unaccompanied minors?

Section II, title X, article 328 of the Family Code states: “When the health, safety, morality or education of a minor are jeopardized or insufficiently protected owing to the immoral behaviour or disability of the father and mother or of the person accorded the right of guardianship, or when, owing to misconduct or unruly behaviour, a minor gives these individuals cause for very serious dissatisfaction or renders them incapable of exercising guidance, the juvenile judge may on his own initiative, at the behest of the public prosecutor or at the behest of the father, mother or guardian, rule that the minor shall, for a period not to extend beyond the date of his coming of age, be visited regularly by a social worker or placed on probation.

[...] [...] such minors to receive treatment that promotes their reintegration into society, the use of detention and imprisonment only as a last resort, the right of minors to be heard [...] [...]

Promote gender-based education for adolescent and adult men on fertility issues, disease prevention, available health-care services and reproductive rights so that they can be more engaged in ensuring healthy lives for their partners and children.

(i) Legal liability of the registered medical practitioner for performing an organ transplant on a patient without first obtaining the latter's consent because of his illness or impaired state of consciousness or his being a minor, a mentally incapacitated person; whether relatives of a patient who could not give consent might give consent on behalf of the patient; and what would happen if the relatives had no consensus on whether to give consent.

The main purposes of the enabling activities are to ensure effective implementation of the policy/regulations required to meet the HCFC phase-out compliance targets for 2013 and 2015; create measures to strengthen ODS import/export control mechanisms to enable regional/global cooperation on ODS trade control and avoid illegal trade; and enhance awareness and outreach activities to stimulate demand for non-HCFC-based equipment.

This objective comprises, for instance, a review of the legislation currently in force with a view to incorporating within it the general principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, promotion of investigations to prevent risk situations and lack of protection among children and adolescents in Spain and the development and consolidation of management systems of a high standard in the specialist services for the protection of minors.

The Committee recommends that the State party continue its efforts to eradicate illiteracy and alleviate its causes, including through effective implementation, monitoring, assessment, and funding of its Illiteracy Eradication and Adult Education Strategy, and provide information on the results achieved year by year in its next periodic report.

They have suggested that as the meaning of "well-being" or "reasonable grounds" in clause 8(2)(d) is subject to interpretation, a person seeking to disclose a mediation communication for the purpose of preventing or minimizing the danger of injury to a person or of serious harm to the well-being of a child under clause 8(2)(d) should apply for leave of a specified court or tribunal.

In collaboration with UNICEF, the Ministry is also studying the situation of minors in conflict with the law and is currently reviewing the practical considerations of establishing a juvenile justice system.

If subscriber (such as non-adult) has no document with photo, government issued written document (such as the residence account book) that can prove subscriber identity can be used instead and have one adult with capability of conduct to ensure subscriber identity with written guaranty; but the identity of the adult providing written guaranty shall be verified as mentioned above.

In case subsequent splitting is required for special reasons, the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) will only offer interim housing in the New Territories to the splinter household composed of the adult offsprings.
