The review will include: (a) identifying all protected witnesses and the associated protective measures in relation to them; (b) identifying the need for amendments (if any) to the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure and Evidence to vary protective measures where such action may be appropriate; and (c) making recommendations regarding each protected witness as to whether it is feasible and/or advisable to attempt to re-contact the witness to determine whether variance of the previous protective orders is appropriate.

If this payment plan did not cover all the arrears due within three biennia, the Member State concerned would be required to submit a progress report to the General Conference at its 35th session so as to reconsider the scheduling of its arrears in the light of its capacity to pay at that time.

(e) A platform should be developed and maintained to solicit support for the sustainable consumption and production programmes of developing countries and countries with economies in transition, as appropriate.

The Organization shall endeavour to cooperate with other international organizations, as well as with multilateral and bilateral donor agencies, in order to obtain financing for programmes and projects of interest to the cocoa economy as appropriate.

They may also order that the vessel be diverted to an appropriate position or port in order to conduct such detailed examination as may be appropriate, or in order to hand over the detained individuals or the objects and documents subject to provisional measures.

(d) To request the Secretariat to present an updated model three-year rolling phase-out plan for the years 2005-2007 to the first meeting of the Executive Committee in 2005 in order to provide guidance, as appropriate, for the preparation of the 2005-2007 business plan of the Multilateral Fund (Decision 42/4).

(i) The objectives of the trust fund will be to receive and mobilize resources in a stable, sustained and predictable manner to develop sustainable consumption and production programmes in developing countries and countries with economies in transition, as appropriate, and to promote the transparent allocation of resources

The Security Council expresses its commitment to continuing to improve its consideration and reflection of early peacebuilding tasks related to institution-building in the mandates and composition of peacekeeping operations, special political missions and integrated peacebuilding offices, with a view to making the necessary adjustments, where appropriate, according to progress achieved, lessons learned or changing circumstances on the ground.

Also requests the independent expert to continue to seek the views and suggestions of States, international organizations, United Nations agencies, funds and programmes, regional economic commissions, international and regional financial institutions and non-governmental organizations on the draft general guidelines with a view to improving them, as appropriate, and to present the updated guidelines to the Human Rights Council

The relevant government department of the Member State should endorse this payment plan to ensure its viability and that if this payment plan does not cover all the arrears due within three biennia, the Member State concerned shall be required to submit a progress report to the General Conference at its 35th session so as to reconsider the scheduling of its arrears in the light of its capacity to pay at that time
