Under section 108(2) of the Ordinance, the court may in an action for infringement of copyright award such additional damages as the justice of the case may require, having regard to all the circumstances, and in particular, to the flagrancy of the infringement, any benefit accruing to the defendant by reason of the infringement, and the completeness, accuracy and reliability of the defendant's business accounts and records.

Some of these defence attorneys are leading an international campaign to misrepresent, misinterpret and openly deny that, in 1994, there was a genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi in Rwanda — a genocide recognized by the Council in its establishment of the ICTR and reaffirmed in 2006 by the Appeals Chamber of the same Tribunal as a notorious fact of common knowledge, of which the Trial Chambers must take judicial notice.

Several of those radio broadcasters — which belong or provide their services to organizations linked to known terrorist elements who reside in, and act against Cuba from, United States territory — broadcast programmes calling for sabotage, political attacks and the assassination of prominent persons and dealing with other subjects typical of terrorist radio broadcasts.

They therefore recommend that UNESCO should play a key role in the mapping of partners (identifying who does what and characterizing the gaps), and that it should help identify and highlight the gaps which stand in the way of realizing the EFA goals at the global, regional and country levels – in particular the policy gap, the data gap, the funding gap, the capacity gap and the advocacy gap (see Table 2).

Our Government, the Central Government, or the same Government who had the sole responsibility of causing this incident 19 years ago, is the only Government that can vindicate this incident and do justice, which can then enable the whole China to take a stride forward.
