Tyumen
/tjuːˈmen/- a city in west Siberian Russia, in the eastern foothills of the Ural Mountains; pop. 560,000 (est. 2008). Founded in 1586, it is regarded as the oldest city in Siberia.秋明（俄罗斯西西伯里亚城市, 位于乌拉尔山脉东部丘陵地区, 2008年估计人口560,000; 建于1586年, 是西伯利亚最古老的城市）。
