The dipping of glass fiber fabric and nylon cord fabric in ENR latex and the application of raw rubber to manufacturing printing roll and inner tube of bicycle and motorcycle are studied.

The dipping solution (DS) of nylon-66 cord fabric contains latex, resorcinol, formaldehyde, ammonia, ethene and butyl benzene. The COD content and turbidity in DS wastewater are very high.

The performance and application of blocked diisocyanate as dipping adhesive activated agent for polyester tire cord and EP, EE conveyor fabric double dipping process are studied in this paper.
