This paper makes an empirical research on the Fisher effect in China by means of the moden time series techniques plus the relevant statistics from China over the years from 1979 to 2000.

During this course we will examine applications of several learning techniques in areas such as computer vision, computer graphics, database search and time-series analysis and prediction.

An improved method for short term electric load forecasting is presented. It is based on time series methods and fuzzy logic techniques.
