The nickel base alloy coatings were fabricated by powder feeding laser induction hybrid cladding. The microstructure and cracking behavior of coating were studied.

The influence of various glass fiber interface treatment agent, glass fiber reinforced PVC, hybrid composition and hybrid condition on mechanical property and microstructure is studied in this paper.
SEM analysis reveals that the amount and structure of the coupling agent, the structure of PAA and the content of SiO 2 all affect the microstructure of the hybrid films.
