Holy Alliance
- a loose alliance of European powers pledged to uphold the principles of the Christian religion. It was proclaimed at the Congress of Vienna (1814-15) by the emperors of Austria and Russia and the king of Prussia and was joined by most other European monarchs.神圣同盟（欧洲大国形成的松散同盟, 誓言支持基督教教义; 在维也纳大会[1814-1815]上由沙皇、奥皇和普鲁士国王宣布成立, 大多数欧洲君主参加）。
