Seaborg
/ˈsiːbɔːg/- Seaborg, Glenn (Theodore) (b. 1912), American nuclear chemist. During 1940-58 Seaborg and his colleagues produced nine of the transuranic elements (plutonium to nobelium) in a cyclotron.
