Röntgen
/ˈrɜːntgən, 〈德〉 ˈrœntgn/- Röntgen, Wilhelm Conrad (1845-1923), German physicist, the discoverer of X-rays. He was a skilful experimenter and worked in a variety of areas as well as radiation.
