扎瑙津（哈萨克语：Жаңаөзен / Jañaözen）是哈萨克斯坦西部曼格斯套州城市，于1968年因石油和天然气开采尔创建。2011年12月16日开始，该市发生了大规模骚乱。

Janaozen or Zhanaozen (Kazakh:Жаңаөзен / Jañaözen), formerly known as Novy Uzen (Russian:Новый Узень, until 1993), is a town in the Mangystau Region of Kazakhstan located south-east of the city of Aktau. The name of the town means "new river" in Kazakh. Zhanaozen is a town of regional significance. It is completely surrounded by the territory of Karakiya District, but administratively does not belong to the district. Population: 48,871 (2009 Census results); 91,332 (1999 Census results).
