真菌学（英语：Mycology，源自希腊文μύκης）是研究真菌类的学门，探讨这类生物的遗传学、生物化学或是分类学，以及真菌对人类的用途等，包括火种，医药（例如：青霉素），食物（例如：啤酒，葡萄酒，奶酪，可食用菌等），和宗教致幻剂，以及它们的危险，如中毒或感染。专门从事真菌学的生物学家被称为真菌学家。
