To investigate the character of esophageal manometry in reflux esophagitis (re) with or without sliding hiatus hernia (SHH).

Results:The types of the cardia diseases included carcinoma (21), esophageal varices (14), mesenchyme tissues neoplasm(11) and esophagus hiatus hernia (8).

Results Of total 54 patients, 18 lesions passed through the esophageal aperture, including cardiac carcinoma with invasion of lower esophagus, parasophageal varices or hiatus hernia;
