When one of the followed situations takes place, Party a is able to invalidate the contractwithout making any compensation for Party b.

In case the Seller becomes bankrupt or insolvency, the Buyer may at any time notify the Seller in a written form, stating the termination of the Contractwithout paying compensation.

If any false information was provided, it is the violation of company rules and regulations, the employment contract can be terminated without any economic compensation.
