Aim To study the effect of reverse flap of the end dorsal branches of digitalartery for coverage of fingertip soft tissue loss and exposed digital bone.

Conclusions: The idealest type of digitalartery island flap is the flap with dorsal branch of digital nerve. The reversed transfer is the best transfer method for fingertip defect.
