The 45 steel natural relation of dead load with cyclic load and low frequency and high frequency strain cycling fatigue life are studied.

For concrete in compression zone a stress-strain relation for repeated axial compressive cyclic loading, is adopted instead of that for reversed loading.

It is propose in this paper that the relation of the strength obtained in conventional tests, the long-term strength in rheological tests and the strength under cyclic loading should be studied.
