Objective:To observe the effect of wet compress with 1% tetracaine chloride for wound changeofdressing to relieve pain of patients after undergoing nail extracting.
观察换药前用1%盐酸丁卡因湿敷拔甲伤口减轻病人换药疼痛的效果。

Results in this series of 41 cases, infection occurred in 2 but healed after debridement and changeofdressing, while deep vein thrombosis occurred in 6 cured by anticoagulants.
结果本组41例患者中有2例发生切口感染，经清创等治疗后愈合；深静脉血栓形成6例，经抗凝治疗后治愈。
