  OBJECTIVE Many antibiotic drugs are used in clinic, and their antibiogram, mechanisms and pharmacokinetics are different. Unreasonable use of these drugs will cause antibiotic abuse.

  目的 临床上应用的抗菌药物种类繁多，其抗菌谱、抗菌机制、体内药代动力学过程差异较大，如出现抗菌药物滥用现象会引起细菌耐药增加以及不良反应增多等问题。
