Method Six cases with unilateral complete cleft palate and severe constricted maxilla (age from 16 to 24 years old)were selected, who have been repaired cleft lip and palate previously.
方法临床选择16～24岁，单侧完全性唇腭裂病例6例，已行唇腭裂修补术，严重上颌发育不足的患者。
