An the cases were treated with uterine curettage, oxytocics and antibiotics, 2 cases with subtotal hysterectomy, 1 case with totalhysterectomy.

Conclusion: Combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidural anesthesia for totalhysterectomy is really efficacious, simple and safe, with an important clinical value.
