The quantitative relationships between the catalytic ability of Rh-complex of 2-vinyl pyridine-methyl methacrylate copolymer and the sequence structures of the copolymer ligands have been determined.

The molecular weight theory and calculation equation of copolymer were set up after consideration with the influence of composition and sequence distribution.
