In recent years, the use of LMI to check stability for polytope matrices has become a useful tool.

The interval polynomials, the polytope of polynomials and the inter-val matrices are introduced in this paper.

We also show that when the maximal area of such a polytope is attained, the vertices of it are just co-circular.
