An adaptive sampling frequency tracking algorithm which adapt to realization of precise real time harmonic analysis is introduced.

For the measurement noise problem, this note proposes a real time filter based on frequency analysis, which is capable of tracking large-scale maneuvering target.

Analysis of frequency spectrum of human ECG using method of real-time frequency spectrum analysis and filter method is presented.
