In this Paper, an objective method on classification of rain-belt in summer in the east Part of China was suggested and compared with that of eye-observation.

Results show that the IOD anomaly results in anomalous atmospheric circulation, which affects the distribution of the rainbelt during rainy seasons in China and the East Asian monsoon.
