This paper obtains a new speed-sensorless direct torque control scheme for induction motor based on calculating the stator flux vector increment to determine the stator reference voltage.

Then a voltage vector control scheme for induction motors based on constant stator flux is presented and it's nonlinear limitations are analyzed.

Introduces the saturation function into controller, reduces the wide-range switch of control gain, ensures the stability of stator voltage.
