If Party B is granted higher subsidies through the application by Party A on behalf of Party B, the same shall be deemed subsidies from Party A to Party B for the rentof the factory.
如甲方为乙方申请到上一级扶持补贴，则等同甲方给予乙方的厂房租金扶持。

For enterprise which need standard factory and its foreign investment is over 2 million, we give 3 years rent free and 50% off of the marketing price in the following 3 years.
