Objective: To explore high resolution sonographic appearances of peripheralnerve sheath tumors of the extremities.
目的：探讨肢体的外周神经鞘类肿瘤的高频超声图像特征。

Methods: High resolution ultrasonography was used to evaluate 6 patients with peripheralnerve sheath tumors of the extremities, among them 4 cases were neurilemmas, 2 cases were neurofibromas.
方法：用高频超声检查了肢体的外周神经鞘类肿瘤6例，其中4例为神经鞘瘤，2例为神经纤维瘤。

Results There were 14 schwannomas, 5 neurofibromas, 5 malignant peripheralnerve sheath tumors(MPNST), and 1 peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor.
