Objective:To determine the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and pigmentepithelium derived factor(PEDF)in vascularization of the developing retina.
Conclusion: Combined hamartoma of the retina and retinapigmentepithelium is rarely in clinic. Diagnoses should according to the history and the findings of fundus and FFA.

The lesions were at the depth of outer retina and retinal pigmentepithelium layers. Some patients presented with mild vitreous opacity.
