This article discussed from three-axis concrete pavement construction point of view briefly in the low-grade cement concrete pavement construction, how to control good road surface roughness.

The test results show that low grade cement, replacement of cement by fly ash, and adding some carbon fibers are all helpful in improving the self-healing performance of concrete.

Through proper designed plan, high quality cement clinker was obtained by using low grade limestone as raw material. Samples were investigated by petrography analysis (PA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
