The extract increased the WBC of leukopenic mice induced by cyclophamide, and elevated total plasma protein in mice pretreated with hydrocortisone.

Results:About 1/4 1/2 of leukopenic patients carry the autoantibodies. The subsets of autoantibodies were different in respeot to the causes of leukopenia.
