In adopting tissue culture method, the influence of different explant types, hormone constitutions, sugar concentrations on pepper axillary buds formation and mediums on bud rooting were studied.
The results show that the main factors affecting the efficiencies of regeneration system are hormone concentration and types as well as culture medium kinds and explants types.
