This Agreement represents the understanding of the Governments of the Cook Islands, Kiribati, Marshall Islands (the), the Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu (each of them will be referred as “the Country”) and the Executive Committee with respect to the reduction of controlled use of the ozone-depleting substances (ODS) set out in Appendix 1-A (“The Substances”) to a sustained aggregate level of 2.11 ODP tonnes prior to 1 January 2020 in compliance with Montreal Protocol schedules, with the understanding that this figure is to be revised one single time in 2011, when the baseline consumption for compliance would be established based on Article 7 data, with the funding to be adjusted accordingly, as per decision 60/44.

This Agreement represents the understanding of the Government of Namibia (the “Country”) and the Executive Committee with respect to the reduction of controlled use of the ozone-depleting substances (ODS) set out in Appendix 1-A (“The Substances”) to a sustained level of 0.15 ODP tonnes prior to 1 January 2025 and zero ODP tonne prior to 1 January 2030 in compliance with agreed Montreal Protocol schedules, with the understanding that this figure is to be revised one single time in 2011, when the baseline consumption for compliance would be established based on Article 7 data, with the funding to be adjusted accordingly, as per decision 60/44, and on the understanding that there will be no more funding eligibility for any HCFC phase-out in the country after 2025.

As at year end, approximately 4.6 million tonnes (2011: 8.4 million tonnes) of such coal had been sold forward at a fixed price in respect of quarterly periods to the end of 2013.

Five finfish hybrids have been recorded with national production statistics and FAO estimates, indicating world production levels in 2010 of 333 300 tonnes of blue and Nile tilapia hybrid (Oreochrom aureus x O. niloticus, in China and in Panama), 116 900 tonnes of Clarias catfish hybrid (Clarias gariepinus x C. macrocephalus, in Thailand), 21 600 tonnes of “tambacu” hybrid (Piaractus mesopotamicus x Colossoma macropomum, in Brazil), 4 900 tonnes of “tambatinga” hybrid (Colossoma macropomum x Piaractus brachypomus, in Brazil) and 4 200 tonnes of striped bass hybrid (Morone chrysops x M. saxatilis, in the United States of America, Italy and Israel).

Even though the average realised selling prices in the first half of 2010 were higher than that in the same period of 2009, gross profit margin decreased due to (1) the increase in gross loss on coke production that accounted for 4% of the Group’s turnover; and (2) during the period, the increase in unit cost of raw coking coal was attributable by (i) increase in average unit cost as a result of the decrease in production volume of raw coal from approximately 3.25 million tonnes in the first half of 2009 to 2.96 million tonnes in the first half of 2010 due to temporary closed down production during the change of the long wall in our mines in the second quarter of 2010; and (ii) the increase in labour cost, depreciation and additional levies as mentioned in the above under “Cost of Sales”.

This major capex project will add 21,000 hectares of own sugar cane plantations and leased land, increased crush capacity from 1 million to 2.6 million tonnes, a VHP sugar plant with a capacity of 260,000 tonnes, the addition of anhydrous ethanol capability up to 80,000 cubic metres, and the construction of a cogeneration plant capable of supplying 200,000 MW hours of electricity to the grid.

At the request of the Co-Chair, Mr. Lambert Kuijpers of the Refrigeration and Technical Options Committee then introduced an essential-use nomination by the Russian Federation for the use of 130 tonnes of CFC-12 in 2013 for the operation of marine cooling and refrigeration equipment in the party’s naval fleet.

Indications for aluminium premiums for duty unpaid, in-warehouse material at the beginning of 2012 were $ 100 to $ 125 per tonne, with an average 2012 range of approximately $ 140 to $ 165 per tonne and a more recent level of $ 200 to $ 230 per tonne.

Capacity is measured in available seat kilometres (ASK) for passenger services and available tonne kilometres (ATK) for cargo services.

DPKO emissions per staff employee are very close to the system average (8.3 tonnes CO 2e).

For example, China may be the world’s largest absolute emitter (~17%) but its emissions per capita are just 5.5 tonnes CO2e (with the highest emitting nation per capita, Qatar, at ~38 tonnes CO2e) whereas the US, the world’s second largest absolute emitter (~16%) has ~23 tonnes CO2e per capita.

The continued development of its iron ore port facility in Brazil, jointly owned by ArcelorMittal, will be a significant milestone in advancing that goal with Adriana having access to a minimum of 2 million tonnes of iron ore capacity that will grow as the Port develops in size.

Since the Twenty-Third Meeting of the Parties, the Executive Committee had approved funding for 59 new projects to be implemented by UNIDO for the phase-out of 391.90 ODP-tonnes of controlled substances in 41 countries operating under paragraph 1 of article 5.

The capital Agen is a modern but not unattractive town that sits on the Garonne River and is surrounded by orchards of plums that produce around 35,000 tonnes of the world famous pruneaux d’Agen every year.

As revealed from the China Statistical Yearbook 2006 issued by National Bureau of Statistics of China, the total freight traffic in the PRC increased from approximately 12,349 million tonnes in 1995 to approximately 18,621 million tonnes in 2005, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 4.2% and the PRC’s total domestic retail sales of consumer goods increased from approximately RMB2.4 trillion in 1995 to approximately RMB6.7 trillion in 2005, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 11.0%.

When operating at full capacity the Kinsevere Mine is expected to produce approximately 60,000 tonnes per annum of copper cathode, substantially increasing the Group’s copper exposure, extending the average life-of-mine of the Group’s operations and providing a sound platform to further expand into the Central African copper belt and Southern African region.

Phase II development is an extension of the existing operations of the WIT Port while the Heavy Item Port development would involve the development of port and related facilities capable of handling large and heavy cargo shipments (up to 600 tonnes in weight) to cater for the transportation needs of some major European power generation, transmission and distribution equipment manufacturers which have chosen to establish manufacturing plants in the Yanglou District of Wuhan (where the WIT Port is situated).

Should the existing production plants in Zhuhai and Zhongshan, the PRC and Vietnam cease their operation upon commencement of operation of the new productionplantsin Nansha, the PRC and Vietnam, the annual production capacity of the Group is expected to be approximately 25,950 tonnes of Traditional Adhesive Related Products and 10,080 tonnes of Vulcanized Shoes Adhesive Related Products.

Prior to the Port Agreement, the Company had commenced the engineering and permitting required to develop a port facility capable of handling 5 - 10Mtpa of iron ore at inception and increasing to a potential 50 million tonnes by year five through the accelerated development of a deep water port facility.
