These guidelines stipulate the safety limits of nine major food borne pathogens such as Salmonella species, Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157 and Vibrio cholerae, as well as providing a classification of microbiological quality of ready-to-eat food for reflecting the hygienic status of the food concerned.

(2) A Notice may be given by the Company to the person entitled to a share in consequence of the death, mental disorder or bankruptcy of a Member by sending it through the post in a prepaid letter, envelope or wrapper addressed to him by name, or by the title of representative of the deceased, or trustee of the bankrupt, or by any like description, at the address, if any, supplied for the purpose by the person claiming to be so entitled, or (until such an address has been so supplied) by giving the Notice in any manner in which the same might have been given if the death, mental disorder or bankruptcy [...]

4.96 In May 2012, I requested the head of the LEA to submit a full investigation report to me on the mix-up, the incident regarding the return of camera 006 on 8 January 2011, the inquiry that had been conducted by the Section or the Sub-administrator, the reason why false representations were made in the Assistant Head of Department’s memos that there was an input problem on 8 January 2011 regarding the return of the device, and any disciplinary actions proposed to be taken against the officers concerned.

As to whether the indicators should be written into the Bill, the Administration notes that in the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 of UK, the Minimum Wage Act 1983 of New Zealand, and the Canada Labour Code (and SMW legislation in most of the provinces of Canada like Ontario and British Columbia), the legislative provisions do not specify the indicators to be adopted in determining the SMW rate.

Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario and Saskatchewan enacted their domestic arbitration statute using the Uniform Arbitration Act as basis.

However, if the person adopted an unco-operative attitude, and his continuous acts might involve disruption to public order, or even endanger public safety, the police will stop his behaviour or acts by taking prompt and appropriate actions to avoid further deterioration of the situation.
