All of us should learn the example of Dr JIANG and we should say to the Central Authorities loud and clear that they should not add anything to the Basic Law but they should act on the express provisions in it and listen to the opinions of the majority public in Hong Kong, implement the constitutional reform as soon as possible and introduce universal suffrage based on democracy.
