In an effort to promote staff mobility, new measures, both financial and non-financial, will be introduced to encourage staff to move to other duty stations such as a one-week pre-assignment mission in order to facilitate staff/family installation, reinforced briefings for staff going on fieldassignments,acounselling service including mentoring for newly assigned staff and a comprehensive communication strategy which will provide country-specific information.
