It has changed the Organization drastically from being a good multilateral employer to an institution in which efficacy and performance have respectively become synonymous with drastic cuts and savings.

Non-Muslim foreign residents are allowed to practice their religion privately and they are prohibited from carrying out proselytizing.

We fully appreciate the desire to have balance accorded to all these topics, but common sense and fiscal prudence seem to suggest that you should not feel it incumbent upon you to call a meeting if you have determined that there are no further requests to speak on a given topic.

As to the State party’s observations that the incriminated statements fall outside article 20, paragraph 2, of the Covenant, the State party has not addressed the question whether limits on statements fall within the positive duty of State parties under article 27 of the Covenant to protect the right of minorities in their enjoyment of their culture and its symbols and the right to profess and practice their religion.
