Peter JACKSON, aged 64, was appointed as a NED of the Company on 9 January 2012.

The Company has been informed by the Purchaser that after completion of the Disposal, the Purchaser may appoint Mr. Peter Jackson, a non-executive Director of the Company, as a director of the Purchaser.

Mr. Jackson will maintain his strategic involvement in steering the Company’s success.
