With regard to alimentation education methods, there is a constant information on the consumer of agricultural and food products through the means of publication of the legal provisions on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, broadcasting information on the radio, TV stations about the provisions of the Law No. 105-XV from 13.03.2003 on consumer protection, which comprises international regulation principles of the respective sector, formation of the Coordinating Council in the filed of protection of consumers by the Government, with the provisions of the Law No. 231-XVI from 20.07.2006 on identification and registration of animals, which ensures traceability of life stocks and of products of animal origin.

Transport logistics policy is a very important component of overall logistics policy, and its development can act as an entry point and contribute to wider logistics policy goals.

The National Plan of Action contemplates the implementation of policy measures and initiatives in seven strategic areas: improving the institutional mechanism for the promotion of gender equality, ensuring gender balance at all decision-making levels, introducing a gender perspective in the socio-economic sphere, focusing on gender aspects of health and health care, promoting gender equality in education and culture, reducing gender violence and raising public awareness of issues of gender equality.

A range of other suggestions was put forward, such as: to ensure the preservation of digital heritage, including archives and libraries as a component of the “Memory of the World Programme”; to develop media education programmes for children and adults; and to increase familiarity with the use of ICTs, especially within the framework of the knowledge society and knowledge economy, in light of the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society.

It is also a means of promoting social inclusion and an essential component of efforts to combat poverty, not least by ensuring that public policies are sustainable and designed to meet the expressed needs of the poorest segments of society.

In addition, they recalled that victim assistance should be part of public health, rehabilitation, social services and human rights frameworks and that efforts should be integrated into broader national policies, plans and legal frameworks related to disability, health, education, employment, development and poverty reduction, noting again that victim assistance efforts should not exclude any person injured or disabled in another manner while ensuring that services are provided where they are needed.

Secondly, while some genetic resources can be traced to very specific areas and habitats, in other cases they comprise components from many countries, in which case benefit-sharing arrangements will be totally impractical.

Apart from diversification of routes and implementation of joint projects to construct new offshore pipeline systems, another vital element of the new architecture of the European energy security is the creation of Trans-European Energy Networks, which focus on regional formation and other initiatives, such as the Atlantic Energy Security Initiative, that seek to create a collaborative network of public and private actors involved in developing and supporting energy development in the Atlantic basin and beyond.
