According to the Inter-Governmental Action Group against Money-Laundering in West Africa (GIABA), Boko Haram has acquired weapons from States of the Sahel region and Central Africa and finances its operations through the proceeds of illicit firearms trading and smuggling and daily levies paid by members, as well as donations by individuals and organizations within and outside Nigeria.

A plan setting out measures to improve the Russian system to combat moneylaundering and the financing of terrorism has been drawn up and is being implemented in line with Government Instruction No. VP-P13-6722 of 10 November 2008 and in the light of the recommendations contained in the report of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on the Russian Federation.

For instance, a new formulation composed of BELSIL® DM 6010, BELSIL® DM 970 and BELSIL® ADM 6058 CN enables liquid shampoo to more effectively spread over the hair surface, repairing damaged hair and restoring the hydrophobic protective layer to enhance its silky feel and gloss.

Reporting on his consultations, the representative of UNIDO said the Government was not in a position to issue a ban at present, considering that the Government was new and HCFC-141b was also used in the refrigeration servicing sector for flushing, which was not covered by the HPMP.
