Save as disclosed above, as at the Latest Practicable Date, none of the Directors, supervisors and senior management of the Company and their associates had any personal, family, corporate or other interests or short positions in the shares, underlying shares or debentures of the Company or any of its associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO) which would have to be notified to the Company and the Stock Exchange pursuant to Divisions 7 and 8 of Part XV of the SFO (including interests or short positions which they are taken or deemed to have under such provisions of the SFO), or which were required, pursuant to section 352 of the SFO, to be recorded in the register referred therein, or which were required, pursuant to the Model Code, to be notified to the Company and the Stock Exchange.

Save as disclosed above, as at the Latest Practical Date, the Directors are not aware of any other person who had an interest or short position in the Shares or underlying Shares of the Company which would fall to be disclosed to the Company under the provisions of Divisions 2 and 3 of Part XV of the SFO, or who was, directly or indirectly, interested in 10% or more of the nominal value of any class of share capital, or options in respect of such capital, carrying rights to vote in all circumstances at general meetings of any other member of the Group.

More than 67.7 percent of farmed fed fish production is contributed by freshwater fishes, including carps and other cyprinids, tilapias, catfishes and miscellaneous freshwater fishes.

For example, the text of the Final Document had significantly watered down the commitments for nuclear-weapon States to reduce the operational status of their arsenals and to cease the development and qualitative improvement of their nuclear weapons; it did not oblige the nuclear-weapon States to abolish the role of nuclear weapons in their military doctrines or to accept a legally binding instrument for the prohibition of nuclear weapons; it did not call for the withdrawal of nuclear weapons from the territories of non-nuclearweapon States; it did not include the specific timeline for the total elimination of nuclear weapons called for by the Group of Non-Aligned States parties to the Treaty; and, in particular, it failed to call upon Israel, the only obstacle to a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the Middle East, to cease the development of nuclear weapons and to accede to the Non-Proliferation Treaty without preconditions.

In his seventh annual progress report, the Secretary-General described progress made in the area of sustainable design, proposing more ambitious targets for three key sustainability initiatives, including a 50 per cent reduction in energy consumption, a 45 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and a 40 per cent reduction in freshwater consumption (A/64/346, para. 33).

The impacts of climate change posed a real threat to many Pacific island developing nations, several of which were already suffering from a higher intensity and incidence of storm surges and flooding, which, in turn, was threatening their freshwater supply.

He does not have, and is not deemed to have any interests or short positions in any Shares, underlying shares or debentures of the Company or any of its associated corporations which is required to be disclosed under Part XV of the SFO.

Save as disclosed above, as at 31 December 2009, none of the Directors and chief executives of the Company had any interests and short positions in the shares or underlying shares or debentures of the Company or any of its associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO) that was required to be recorded pursuant to section 352 of the SFO, or as otherwise notified to the Company and the Stock Exchange pursuant to the Model Code.

The operational focus of the Mission’s security sector component will be the continued shift from an emphasis by the Mission force on the domination of towns, routes and strategic infrastructure using guards, bunkered positions and static checkpoints, to a more fluid and flexible posture, using increased patrolling and vehicle checkpoints, leading to a more subtle presence by the force — in essence, a move from visible domination to a form of credible deterrence exerted from a distance, thus reducing instability and ensuring security coverage for all the major strategic locations of the Mission.

Improved intervention strategies have now been developed to overcome the challenges identified by previous generations of projects, which included: lack of adaptation of technical solutions to local values or materials, as well as high costs of proposed techniques; implementation of technical facilities (such as centralized mercury mills for gold amalgamation) without proper consideration of local demand and local dynamics of the mining communities; and dilution of the effect of awareness-raising campaigns due to rapid changes in mining populations.

Lastly, seeds of conflict born of the fundamental long-term risks to our planet, such as the lack of fresh water, are becoming more apparent, including in the Middle East.

Save as disclosed herein, none of the Directors or the chief executive of the Company had any interests or short positions in the shares, underlying shares and debentures of the Company or any of its associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO) at 31 March 2004.

Save as disclosed above, as at 30 June 2007, the Company has not been notified of any other person (other than the Directors and chief executives of the Company) who had an interest or short position in the shares or underlying shares of the Company which fell to be disclosed to the Company under Divisions 2 and 3 of Part XV of the SFO.

The many terms used for protected areas include, to name a few, fully protected marine areas, no-take zones, marine sanctuaries, ocean sanctuaries, marine parks, fishery closed areas, fisheries refugia and locally managed marine areas (while other protected areas in aquatic environments also include freshwater protected areas [Box 18]).

We believe in emphasizing nuclear non-proliferation, especially horizontal non-proliferation, and that downplaying the importance of nuclear disarmament or restricting the peaceful uses of nuclear technology would cause great alarm and cast doubt on the credibility of the Treaty and its implementation in a comprehensive and non-discriminatory manner, especially in view of the presence of nuclear arsenals that threaten the presence of human life on the entire planet.

Agriculture is the major user of freshwater, accounting for almost 70 per cent of water withdrawal globally.18 However, a growing problem is the increasing competition for freshwater between agriculture, urban and industrial uses (see figure X), causing tension between rural and urban areas and possibly threatening regional or national food security, a situation which is exacerbated by climate change (see box 6).

That dilution might even result from a shift in emphasis from the structure and purpose of article 12, paragraph 4, to the literal wording of the sentence, which refers to one‟s “own country” but prohibits only “arbitrarily” imposed deprivations of the right to enter it.

Save as disclosed above, as at 3' December 2007, none of the Directors, Supervisors and the President had any interest or short position in the shares, underlying shares and debentures of the Company and its associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance) that is required to be recorded in the register to be kept under Section 352 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, or otherwise notified to the Company and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange pursuant to the Model Code for Securities Transactions by Directors of Listed Issuers (the “Model Code”) as set out in Appendix '0 to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

The survival of millions of people depends on action based on international solidarity to reduce gas emissions, to ensure access to food, to positively respond to migration forced by climate impacts, disease and pest vectors, infrastructure investment, the disappearance of thousands of species, ocean acidification and the inequitable distribution of fresh water worldwide, among many other serious situations.
