Do we really wish to copy everything from the United States?

Given the unique economic circumstances and special constraints of Hong Kong, while it may be worthwhile for us to study the anti-trust and anti-dumping policies of western countries, it may not be entirely appropriate for us to transplant their policies for implementation in the local context.
