We stress once again that, in order to ensure equal and sustainable security for all States, the international community has no choice but to resort to the force of logic to avoid the logic of force, and to promote the rule of law.

There is a need for pluralistic solutions to these challenges, within the increasingly broad dynamics of alliances that must extend beyond the rural environment.
