It is a source of grave concern that those who have chosen not to accede to the NPT not only are not subject to any pressure to do so but are also encouraged and rewarded in different ways.

It is deplorable that some of the warring parties are being encouraged from the outside, instead of the promotion of an inclusive, sovereign dialogue that enables those peoples to find peaceful solutions to their differences themselves.
