At its fifteenth session, the Human Rights Council in its resolution 15/22 requested the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, Anand Grover, to prepare a thematic study on the realization of the right to health of older persons, including the main existing challenges and best practices, with the assistance of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and in consultation with States, relevant United Nations agencies, national human rights institutions and other relevant stakeholders.

In early 2011, VladislavTitov, Doctor of economic sciences, head of management of industrial enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of SB RAS, in the pages of our newspapers predicted that employers will try to avoid paying higher taxes, to hide income, little white specify the salary and give their employees money in envelopes.

It believes that by teaching our children to show good understanding and tolerance of the lives of others, we can hope to bequeath them a world of peace because, as the late President Houphouët-Boigny of Côte d’Ivoiresaid, peace is not a word, but must be and remain a way of behaving.
