Children from families with better opportunities can find activities in hobby schools or in various hobby circles operating in schools.

Perhaps a unique South-South cooperation course offering among those being adapted in Africa is at the “barefoot college” for mature and often unlettered women, who are trained to become solar engineers.

It can be expanded through a balanced policy mix approach, which, among others, include cost-effective and appropriate incentives to encourage investments in wealth-creating activities, as well as in the provision of education, training, improving levels of health and nutrition, and increased research and development capacity that helps to build knowledge base.
