Countered toward this exhibition, we need to gather head and chest depth view to ponder that the logic of redevelopment disseminated by the power of the state and capital obstruct these ecological changes and from the result people need to imagine an alternative of future society beyond the dichotomous logic of development and redevelopment.

Should the Country, for any reason, not meet the Targets for the elimination of the Substances in Annex A (Group I) and Annex B (Groups II and III) of the Montreal Protocol or otherwise does not comply with this Agreement, then the Country agrees that it will not be entitled to the Funding in accordance with the Funding Disbursement Schedule.

Following the presentations, Mr. Gorgui Sow, Regional Coordinator of the Africa Network Campaign on Education for All (ANCEFA), opened the discussion, reminding Governments and technical and financial partners of the commitments undertaken at the World Education Forum, held in Dakar, with regard to exercising the right to education.
