2.3.12 结果会出现異象情况：这就是一名人士可毫无困难地入禀地方法院，追讨一名未成年人一笔涉及非必需品的 8,000 元以下的款额，但在本意用來审理这類声请的审裁处则不然；结果，原诉人可能 9 会向地方法院提出声请，而非向小额钱债审裁处提出，如此徒增更多支出及手续，非但对未成年人，甚至对任何人士均无妤处。
