Information and communication technologies were important enabling technologies, and it was highlighted that an important function of the framework was to ensure effective communication of what sustainable consumption and production was about and why it was important to all countries.

It was also noted that all States Parties have a role in being vigilant in ensuring that those with stockpile destruction programmes are on track to meet their obligations, including through the provision of international cooperation and assistance.

One representative stressed the importance to exporting and importing countries of considering quarantine and pre-shipment uses of methyl bromide in order to prevent the global spread of pests and diseases.

Furthermore, by continuing the deployment of hundreds of nuclear weapons, planning for the deployment of nuclear warheads and defence missile systems in other countries and training the air forces of those countries to deliver these weapons in the framework of military alliances, which are violations of the Treaty confessed to in the new United States Nuclear Posture Review, and by transferring nuclear technology and materials to the non-parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons whose nuclear facilities are operating outside IAEA full-scope safeguards monitoring, the United States is in non-compliance with article I of the Treaty, which stipulates that each nuclear-weapon State party to the Treaty undertakes not to transfer to any recipient whatsoever nuclear weapons, and with article VI, which sets out the complete disarmament commitments of the nuclear-weapon States.

The coordinated liberalization of trade under fair and equitable rules was vital for all countries; one of the key objectives of the World Trade Organization was to ensure a level playing-field for all its members and help countries neglected by globalization to integrate themselves.

To keep them running at all times, we operate a worldwide service network with subsidiaries in Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the USA.
