The Security Council recalls the 2005 World Summit Outcome (A/RES/60/1), the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (A/CONF/177/20/Rev.1), the outcomes of the Conference and of the twentythird special session of the General Assembly, and the Declaration of the fortyninth session of the Commission on the Status of Women on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women (E/CN.6/2005/11).

In paragraph 5 of draft resolution A/HRC/12/L.4, the Council decided to hold a panel discussion on the adverse effects of the movement and dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes on the enjoyment of human rights at its thirteenth session, with equitable geographic and gender participation of relevant experts and representatives of civil society, with a view to making concrete recommendations and proposals on adequate measures to control, reduce and eradicate these phenomena.

I should like to draw the attention of members to document S/2010/164, which contains the thirty-first report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

If changes in these factors occur, or the historical data the Company uses to calculate the provision for impairment of receivables as of 30 June 2005 does not reflect the future ability to collect outstanding receivables, additional provisions for impairment of receivables may be needed and the Company’s future results of operations could be adversely affected.

Save as disclosed above, at no time during the six months ended 30 June 2002 was the Company or any of its subsidiaries a party to any arrangements to enable the directors or the chief executive of the Company to acquire benefits by means of acquisition of shares in, or debt securities (including debentures) of, the Company or any other body corporate and none of the directors, the chief executive, their spouses or children under the age of 18, had any rights to subscribe for securities of the Company, or had exercised any such rights during the period.
