(e) There must be a system of review whereby an aggrieved personcan appeal to another judge or another tribunal to review the decision of a judge issuing an international arrest warrant.

Recalling that every State should provide an effective framework of remedies to redress human rights grievances or violations

I therefore urge all the people of Somalia to embrace the spirit of forgiveness and compromise and put the past behind them for the sake of peace and reconciliation.

The new system should continue to be limited to staff and should not be expanded to cover non-staff personnel, who should be offered other options for the settlement of their grievances.

This finding may be due to the inaccurate perception held by many staff members that the office is a forum for presenting their grievances.

This requires: recruiting qualified staff internally and externally to fill vacant jobs, deploying and rotating staff, training in required competencies, establishing and managing a system of performance review that motivates good performance and learning and remedies poor performance; and counselling in career development, grievancesetc.

Together with the provisions of chapter VIII [**hyperlinks**], advance notices enable and encourage aggrieved suppliers or contractors to seek redress earlier in the procurement process rather than at a later stage where redress may not be possible or will be costly to the public and available remedies will thus be limited.

While we welcome this positive development, we are mindful of the fragile stability of the situation, due to civil unrest related mainly to socio-economic grievances.

This has provided Māori with an important means to have their grievances against the actions of past governments investigated.

This institution continues to maintain a high degree of independence and objectivity, creating a sound basis whereby all citizens might be afforded an opportunity to have their grievances with Government Departments; Public Authorities, Government Boards and other Public Officials heard and investigated.

Rather, it offers staff members and management opportunities to seek advice, in confidence, concerning potential ethical issues or conflicts of interest.

The system of administration of justice implemented on 1 July 2009 has resulted in new requirements and the involvement of new stakeholders that the Field Personnel Division must engage with to ensure due process and to meet the Organization’s needs when it comes to addressing staff members’ grievances.

Criteria for grievance mechanisms at the operational or site level have been developed, some of which are particularly relevant in the context of impacts on indigenous peoples, such as ensuring accessibility, by providing adequate assistance for those who may face particular barriers to access, and equitability, by ensuring thataggrieved parties have access to sources of information, advice and expertise necessary to engage in a grievance process on fair, informed and respectful terms.

10.5 The author claims that her son’s rights under article 14, paragraph 1, have been violated, as the court has failed to take into account exculpatory facts and evidence, to address the issue of fabrication and tampering with evidence by the investigation, as well as to verify the credibility of the main witness's testimony and, by doing so, it has given an unfair advantage to the prosecution's side.

While acknowledging the State party’s generous policy to admit and grant permission to stay to a significant number of nationals from Eritrea, Somalia and Sudan, the Committee notes with concern that decisions taken by the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) denying refugee status or ordering deportation can only be appealed to the Grievance Hearing Committee or the Appeal Hearing Council, respectively, both of which are composed of representatives of various Government departments.

But in the lawsuit where there is a second grievance complaint submitted, such court shall proceed a hearing in joint groups by considering at the same time on both erroneous of law as well as of facts.
